Our Team
Debbie Belleville, Senior Title Producer
Debbie has over 20 years of experience in Title Production, Escrow Closing and Title Examination. Debbie was born and raised in Colorado, received her Associates of Applied Science in Paralegal Studies from Colorado Northwestern Community College and graduated on the Deans List. She received her Bachelors of Arts in Accounting from the University of Phoenix. She received her Title Insurance training through Attorneys' Title Guaranty Fund, Inc. and her internship through the Law Office of Patricia L. Simpson. Debbie opened Alpine Title of Moffat County LLC in February 2001, and has been instrumental in opening sister agencies across Colorado.
Debbie raised her two sons in Northwest Colorado. Today she enjoys spending time with her husband, children and grandchildren visiting parks and events in support of local Veterans. Debbie is a life member of the VFW Post 4265 Auxiliary and serves as a Veterans Administration Fiduciary for Veterans around the country who need financial assistance staying on track.
Dayna Goodwin, Associate Title Producer
Dayna joined the agency in 2002, and she received her Title Insurance training through Attorneys' Title Guaranty Fund, Inc. She shares her Title Production skills alongside Debbie. Dayna raised her children in Northwest Colorado and is now sharing the love of Colorado with her husband and grandchildren. Dayna enjoys time with her family, camping and, enjoying the outdoors.
Processing Team
In July 2022, Alpine Title added three new members to our Processing Team.
Kristi Shepherd brings her organizational skills, her eye for detail and her tremendous supporting attitude to the team. Outside the office, Kristi enjoys sports, time with her family and supporting local veterans organizations.
Brandi Merrill brings her leadership skills and her focus on research to our team. Brandi enjoys time with her family, being a new mom and her favorite fur baby, Thor.
Maryiris Gottschall brings her experience in oil and gas research, detail to legal descriptions and her optimism to the team. Maryiris enjoys quiet time, self awareness and the many learning opportunities that the title industry offers.
